Role Overview
This position is designed for an attorney who wants to be directly involved in personal injury cases from start to finish. You’ll work closely with clients, take ownership of case development, and play an active role in moving matters toward resolution.
Responsibilities
- Handle personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall injuries, dog bites, and related claims
- Review records, investigate facts, and develop case strategies
- Communicate clearly with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel
- Prepare cases for negotiation and litigation when required
- Maintain organized files and accurate case documentation
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Indiana
- Experience handling personal injury matters
- Strong communication and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively
